We ship to all European Union countries from our warehouse in Alicante (Spain).
Carrier and rate
- Standard service: UPS Standard, with tracking number.
- Base rate: €12 per order to any EU country (taxes not included).
- Final cost: the final shipping amount is confirmed on the proforma invoice, as it may vary depending on the volume, weight and destination of the order.
If you prefer, we can ship with another carrier (Nacex, SEUR/DPD, GLS) or you can arrange collection with your own. Let us know in the order comments.
Lead times
We prepare your order as soon as we receive payment of the proforma. Shipments within the EU are usually delivered in 1 to 5 working days. If any variety is not available for immediate delivery, we'll tell you on the proforma.
Delivery address
We only deliver to business addresses: your business address or the one you give in the order, provided it is a business address. We do not ship to private individuals.
Frequently asked questions
Do you ship outside the European Union?
The online shop only accepts orders for delivery within the EU. If you're outside the EU, write to us: we have partners and distributors in other countries and can look into your case.
