Who can buy from Optiseeds?
Only businesses and professionals in the sector: grow shops, CBD shops, seed banks, distributors and also sole traders. We do not sell to private individuals.
How do I open an account?
Register with your business details and your tax ID (NIF/CIF) or VAT number. We review every application and email you as soon as your account is approved.
Why can't I see prices?
Prices and formats are only visible to customers with an approved account. If you've already registered and your account is pending, you'll see a notice at the top of the website.
Orders and prices
What formats do you offer?
Most varieties are available in 100, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 seeds. Some start at 250 or 500 seeds and others come in larger formats. The larger the format, the lower the price per seed.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT or the intra-Community exemption is applied on the proforma according to your country and tax details.
How do I pay?
When you place your order, we send you a proforma invoice with the final amount, including shipping. You pay by bank transfer and, once we receive payment, we prepare your order.

Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
All European Union countries. If you're outside the EU, write to us.
How much does shipping cost?
The base rate with UPS Standard is €12 per order. The final cost is confirmed on the proforma.
How long does it take?
Usually between 1 and 5 working days within the EU from dispatch.
